No Outside Goods: We do not decorate outside goods. All items must be provided by Custom Styles.
No Returns or Exchanges: All items are custom and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before submitting.
Color Variations: Colors on proofs may vary slightly from the final garment due to the nature of screen printing and fabric types.
2. Minimum Order Requirements:
Screen Printing: A minimum of 12 items per color per location is required for screen printing orders.
Embroidery: There is no minimum order requirement for embroidery.
3. Artwork and Design:
Vector Art: If artwork is not provided in vector format, an art charge will be applied depending on the file quality.
Artwork Assistance: If you do not have any artwork, our in-house Art Department can assist in creating a design for you, but an art charge will apply.
Proofing and Charges: Recreating artwork or designing a new proof requires a $50 deposit, which will be used toward your order if processed. If no order is placed, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Order Processing and Timelines:
Production Time: Most jobs are completed within 7-10 business days from when artwork is approved.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be available, but a 25-50% rush fee will apply, depending on availability. Rush orders are at the discretion of Custom Styles.
5. Payment Terms and Late Fees:
Standard Payment Terms: Most orders are subject to 30-day payment terms unless otherwise specified.
Late Payment Fees: Custom Styles reserves the right to charge a late payment fee for invoices that exceed the terms.
Overdue Balances: Clients with overdue balances will be required to pay 100% of the order cost upfront for any new orders until their account balance is cleared.
6. Cancellations and Restocking Fees:
Pre-decoration Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to decoration in most cases, but Custom Styles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25%.
Shipping Costs on Cancellations: If goods have already been shipped to our facility, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to return merchandise to the vendor.
Artwork Digitization Costs: If your embroidery file has already been digitized, the cost is non-refundable if canceled at that point.
7. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping Method: All orders requiring shipping will be sent via UPS, and shipping costs will be billed to the customer.
Shipping Delays: Custom Styles is not responsible for delays caused by acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
8. Damages and Misprints:
Misprints and Damages: Custom Styles will make every effort to replace damaged or misprinted items or refund the difference for affected items. This decision is at the sole discretion of Custom Styles.
No Returns on Custom Decorated Products: There are absolutely no returns on custom-decorated products, except in cases of damages or misprints.
9. Disclaimer on Timeliness and Liability:
On-Time Delivery: While Custom Styles will do everything possible to meet deadlines, we will not be held responsible for any delays in production or shipping due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
